Andreas Müller joined the University of Basel in 2023 and he is currently a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics. He is also a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Essex.
He graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich in 2013 and held an Assistant Professorship at the University of Oslo before joining Basel. His work has been published in the American Economic Review, Journal of the European Economic Association, American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, and The Economic Journal.
