I am a senior lecturer at the School of Economics, University of Edinburgh, a labour economics affiliate, CEPR, and an affiliated member of the Department of Economics, University of Zurich. My research area is applied econometrics, with a particular focus on labor and family economics. My current research projects focus on fertility and female labor supply, parental leave systems, discrimination and the gender wage gap, and marriage markets.
