Benoît Schmutz-Bloch is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at École Polytechnique. He is also a member of the Centre de Recherche en Économie et Statistique (CREST) and the Institut des Politiques Publiques (IPP).
He currently holds the Chaire Professorale Jean Marjoulet. His research interests lie in urban economics, with overlaps in public, political, and labour economics.
