Boris Chafwehé is a Research Economist at the Bank of England. His main area of expertise is quantitative macroeconomics, with a focus on monetary and fiscal policy analysis. He holds a PhD in Economics from UCLouvain. Prior to joining the Bank of England, he has worked for the European Commission (JRC Seville), and has held visiting positions at the International Monetary Fund and the National Bank of Belgium.
