Bronwyn Curtis

Bronwyn Curtis has been a CEPR Trustee since July 2015. She is an economist whose career spans both the financial markets and the media. Most recently Bronwyn was Head of Global Research at HSBC and is now Chair of JPMorgan Asia Growth and Income plc. She is also a Non-executive member and Audit sub-Committee chair at the UK Office for Budget Responsibility. Previously Bronwyn was Managing Editor and Head of European Broadcast at Bloomberg. Other roles include Global Head of Currency and Fixed Income Strategy at Deutsche Bank and Chief Economist at Nomura International. She has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank and UNCTAD on projects in West Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Bronwyn was awarded an OBE for services to business economics in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list in 2008.
