Chiara Goretti is a senior official at the Italian Senate. Serving in various positions, she has always kept a constant focus on budgeting and fiscal policy. Among her most recent roles, she was coordinator of the Technical Secretariat of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan at the Prime Minister Office and she served for seven years as Member of the Council of the Parliamentary Budget Office. She has published several papers on a wide variety of budgeting and public finance issues.
