Ekaterina Shabalina is a macroeconomist interested in heterogeneity and inequality. Her research focuses on monetary policy transmission, labor market, and international economics. Ekaterina is a Research Manager at the Reserve Bank of Australia. She got her PhD in 2023 from Goethe University, Frankfurt. She holds a master's degree from the Higher School of Economics and a bachelor's degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
