Elif Kubilay is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at the Economics Department of the University of Essex. She is a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) and an invited researcher at the Learning of All Initiative at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). Her primary research interests include Economics of Education, Development Economics and Experimental Economics.
