Felix Hugger

Felix Hugger is an economist working at the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. He has experience in tax policy analysis for national authorities, research institutions and international organisations. His research in the field of public finance focuses on corporate and international tax issues. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from LMU Munich and studied at the universities of Munich, Berkeley and Princeton.
