Francesca Vinci is an Economist in the EU Institutions and Fora division, part of the Directorate of International and European Relations at the European Central Bank (ECB). Before joining the ECB, she earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham and completed a research internship at the Bank of England. Her research spans various areas of macroeconomics, with a focus on EU affairs, firms’ investment, energy, fiscal policy, business cycles and economic growth.
