Francis Bloch is Professor of Economics at the University Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and the Paris School of Economics.
He has worked in coalition and network theory, with applications to Industrial Organization, Public and Development Economics. He has led a research team working on the taxation of digital platforms for France Strategie, a think tank for the French Prime Minister's office, and has edited a special issue of the Journal of Public Economic Theory on the topic. He has been a resident fellow at the European Commission TAXUD directorate working on the future of corporate income taxation in the European Union.
He is a Fellow of the Game Theory Society and of the Society for Advancement of Economic Theory.
