Josef Zweimüller is Professor of Macroeconomics and Labour Markets at the University of Zurich, where he has been since 1997. His research interests include empirical labour economics, the empirics of the welfare state (unemployment insurance, labour market policies, family policies), and the role of income distribution in macro and trade. He is Research Fellow of CEPR, CESifo, IZA.
