Kaveh Danesh

Kaveh Danesh is an internal medicine resident at the University of California, San Francisco. His research uses empirical methods from economics to study health, with a particular focus on social determinants. His work has been supported by a Fulbright scholarship and the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans. Prior to starting residency, he completed a PhD in economics at the University of California, Berkeley, worked with Partners in Health in Rwanda, and served on the Duke University Board of Trustees.
