Marianna Belloc is full professor of Economics at the Department of Economics and Law, Sapienza University of Rome since 2019. She received PhD in Economics from the University of Siena in 2005. She was visiting scholar at MIT, Science-Po, Santa Fe Institute, University of California at Berkeley. She is currently associate editor of Macroeconomic Dynamics and member of the editorial board of the Italian Economic Journal. She is research fellow at CEPR and CESifo. She published in international refereed journals, such as Quarterly Journal of Economics, American Economic Journal: Micro, American Economic Journal: Applied, American Economic Review P&P. Her research interests include applied political economy, institutional economics, behavioral economics, and international trade.
