Philipp Zhang

Philipp Zhang is a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich, with degrees in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics. His research centers on high-dimensional statistical methods and the application of Machine Learning in economics and finance. In addition to his PhD studies, he has gained independent research experience at Deutsche Bundesbank and has worked as a quantitative researcher at LGT Private Bank Switzerland.
