Pierce O’Reilly is a senior tax economist in the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, where he is the Head of the Business and International Taxes Unit in the Tax Policy and Statistics Division. His work focuses on corporate income tax and international tax issues. An Irish national, Pierce holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University in New York.
