Rik Rozendaal is a PhD candidate at Tilburg University, where he will defend his thesis in 2024. He will start as an assistant professor of Economics at Leiden University in August 2024. His research is in environmental economics and macroeconomics, focusing on technological change and the green transition and on the distributional effects of climate policies. He does both theoretical and empirical work.
