Roger Vicquery is a research economist in the International Directorate of the Bank of England and a member of the Centre for Macroeconomics. Prior to joining the Bank, he was a research economist at the Banque de France, a visiting researcher at the University of California at Berkeley and held various roles as an economist in the financial sector. His research interests are mainly in international economics, finance and economic history. Roger completed his PhD at the London School of Economics and is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
