Willi Mutschler is Assistant Professor for International Macroeconomics at University of Tübingen and a developer of Dynare. He holds a PhD from the University of Münster. His research focuses on identification and estimation approaches tailored for dynamic and stochastic models (DSGE and SVAR) that incorporate skewed distributions and rare disasters. His recent investigations shed light on the economic ramifications of major interstate conflicts and wars.
