Žymantas Budrys is a Senior Economist at the Center for Excellence in Finance and Economic Research (CEFER), Bank of Lithuania and a Research Fellow at Vilnius University. He obtained his PhD from the European University Institute in 2023. His research interests include macroeconomics, fiscal and monetary policies as well as applied and theoretical macroeconometrics.
