Bryan Hardy is a Senior Economist at the Bank for International Settlements. He joined shortly after receiving his PhD in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Brigham Young University, with a minor in Physics. He researches in international finance and macroeconomics, banking, and corporate finance, including work on capital flows, emerging markets, and foreign currency debt.
