Nikodem is an associate professor at University College London and the director at the Bartlett Real Estate Institute. He is also an academic visitor to the Bank of England and a Research Affiliate of the UCL Centre for Finance. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University.
His research focuses on applied urban economics and finance and consulting and has been published in leading journals in economics, finance and planning. His advisory projects include forecasting, nowcasting and market analysis.
His work has been featured in leading non-academic outlets such as the Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, World Economic Forum - Strategic Intelligence, The Guardian, Bloomberg Businessweek or IPE Magazine.
